Marquis Security

Marquis Security approached me with the need for a website refresh for one of their existing websites on the BigCommerce platform. Despite my limited experience with BigCommerce, I was eager to take on the project and provide a high-quality solution for our client.

However, after working on the project for some time, it became clear that the desired outcome was not achievable due to my limited expertise with BigCommerce. As a result, I made the decision to pull the plug on the project and suggest an alternate approach.

After extensive consultation and discussion with Marquis Security, we collectively agreed to focus on their primary website, as they had never used Shopify before and did not fully understand its capabilities. Armed with the necessary information, I embarked on designing a brand new Shopify website for Marquis Security.

I created visually appealing product banners, uploaded all their products and reformatted the HTML for the product descriptions. In response to their request, I also incorporated highlights of each product on individual product pages.

The end result was a website that exceeded Marquis Security’s expectations, and they were extremely pleased with the design. I take great pride in providing innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of my clients, and I was delighted to have been a part of Marquis Security’s digital transformation.
